On July 19, 2021, a woman was killed in the city.

How did she die exactly? Well, the CCTV video shows the moments leading to her death. There was some abundant traffic on the Lingchuan Bridge in Jinzhou, China. From the surveillance video, I don't see any designated crosswalks, so I assume there were none near where she walked. But this is not an excuse! One must always find the safest way to cross. If there is a crosswalk, you should go around to use it. Follow traffic rules and you won't get killed.

Anyway, the woman decided to rat thru the maze of vehicles using her bicycle, being inconsiderate to the truck's blindspot. The trucker failed to see the woman, as she was too close to the front end of the truck. Traffic cleared, the truck accelerated, and he felt an unexpected speed bump on the road. That was the woman's body. There was too much pain, and the woman could not bare anymore. She passed on.
