Video appears to show two Riverside sheriff’s deputies punching a man who they say struggled during an arrest in Lake Elsinore Thursday.

Isaac Solis — who was wanted for an outstanding felony warrant — ran through the backyards of several residences before being found in a makeshift shed.

In the video, Solis drops to the ground after exiting the shed. He is then set upon by three deputies, two of whom are seen throwing several punches during the encounter.

Solis resisted attempts to place him into handcuffs, the Sheriff’s Department said, and deputies gained control of his hands and took him into custody “after a brief struggle.”
