Officer Grant Morrison of Billings PD, who was recently cleared of any wrong-doing in the killing of Richard Ramirez, had previously been cleared of another killing in August 2013. In a similar incident, the officer shot and killed a man he suspected of having a weapon in a fit of fear.

The victim here was James Saw,killed by trigger happy cop Grant Morrison.
