According to the citizen report, two men were injured by an electric shock. Apparently, the men would be working on the Tonusco River in Santa Fe de Antioquia .

The men were working crossing loads when they were hit, according to the preliminary report.

The emergency occurred when the men tried to manipulate a high-tension rope that had become tangled with a container of a truck that was transporting it. When they removed the cable, they received the shock.
