A Dodge Viper and an Integra tried to race at the Gem Autofinish car meet at 55 Catherine St, Dayton, OH. Vehicles were traveling northbound on S Patterson Blvd, starting from the intersection at Stout St. The viper torque steered right, cutting in front of the Integra, barely missing it.
