March 20, 2021 in Villa Alemana, Chile, a group of neighbors noticed how a thief attacked an old man and tried to steal his car. They did not hesitate at all, they caught the thief, and tied him to an electric pole with a rope and plastic wrap for food. The police arrived a little later to arrest him in this situation. They discovered in the department that he was a thief with a fairly extensive criminal record.
