On Tuesday morning (6), a 34-year-old man climbing a pole in the São Sebastião neighborhood of Hortolândia (SP) was exposed to an electric shock. According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred around 6 a.m., and the victim fell to the ground after the shock.

SAMU and Fire Department teams were immediately called to the scene and provided first aid. The severely injured man was taken to Mário Covas Hospital, where his treatment is ongoing.

The circumstances that led the man to climb the pole are still being investigated by the authorities.
