Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone released body-camera footage and details of a confrontation in which a deputy shot and killed a man Sunday. Deputies killed 70-year-old Rodney Liveringhouse after he came out of his home pointing a gun at the deputies. His wife had called 911 saying he was acting strangely and scaring her. Penzone said Liveringhouse's family told investigators that he had been dealing with some psychological issues but didn't have a specific reason as to why Liveringhouse decided to approach deputies while armed.
