A man is dead after he was shot outside a billiard room by someone he had an argument with over a bet in Caloocan City. The suspect, said to be a seaman who was about to leave.

In Jun Veneracion's report on GMA News "24 Oras" this Thursday, it can be seen in the shot of the CCTV camera outside the billiards that the suspect was being taken away by the man he was with who is his father.

The victim followed them until they disappeared from the CCTV angle.

When he returned to the area, it was seen that the victim was already holding his chest and the suspect was following him with a gun.

He was shot several times even though he was down.

The victim, identified as Mark Martin, died instantly.
