In the images, a group of young people can be seen arguing, and one of them pulls out a knife and stabs another boy. The victim was able to walk to the sidewalk, where he collapsed. He was found by rescuers who arrived after the 112 emergency call. They desperately tried to revive the young man, who was the father of a baby. They performed CPR on him for several minutes right on the asphalt. The authorities quickly apprehended the attacker, who is now charged with murder.

What the police say:

"This afternoon (Saturday afternoon - ed.), at 5:47 PM, the Vișeu de Sus Police was notified via the 112 emergency line about a person who had been stabbed in the town of Petrova, in front of a store. Police and medical personnel responded urgently to the scene. The death of a 19-year-old young man has been confirmed, and his body will be transported to the hospital morgue for an autopsy. He is currently in police custody. A complex investigation team has been formed, and under the coordination of the prosecutor from the Maramureș County Court Prosecutor's Office, an investigation is underway regarding the commission of the crime of murder."
