A 61 year old man reportedly hit a pedestrian before getting out of his vehicle and chasing people with a knife and machete.

He reportedly punched a bystander before stabbing the pedestrian.

He attempted to steal a motorcycle before being arrested.

The bystander who was punched was treated on scene while the 67 year old pedestrian was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
