Pius XII, Brasil, 10.23.23. 37-year-old teacher Pedro Lopes Oliveira Filho, known affectionately as "Pedrinho," was shot during his birthday celebration with friends at a club in the region. At around 9:30 p.m., while one of the guests was giving a speech, two criminals, still unidentified, broke into the club, approached Lopes, and opened fired on him, resulting in on-scene fatal injuries.

According to reports from friends, Lopes was a notable figure in the city of Pius XII, being recognized for his activism on social networks. Using his platforms, he denounced wrongdoing and urged the authorities to take action on issues he found problematic.
