PORTLAND, Ore. — New information has been released on the officer-involved death of a Vancouver man last week, who police say pulled a gun on them while they tried to contact him about his aggressive biting dog.The Vancouver Police Department distributed body camera video of the incident Friday.On the afternoon of June 8 officers were sent to the 100 block of SE Columbia Way after callers reported a man had an aggressive German Shepard that was running loose and had bitten at least one person. Callers also described the man as carrying a gun.
