Fjodor Michajlowitsch Dostojewski (Фёдор Михайлович Достоевский) lives in a very rural area and is participating in the “mail delivery by drone” pilot project. After receiving a notification on his smartphone, he went to his garden to receive his mail when the mail drone malfunctioned and crashed. The incident is still being investigated by local authorities.
