On December 23, in terminal II of the Cancun International Airport, Quintana Roo, an unfortunate incident was recorded where a man of Jamaican origin threatened passengers and staff of the National Institute of Migration (INM) with a glass. This after breaking one of the windows of the place.

The individual tried to flee, but INM personnel in conjunction with elements of the National Guard managed to stop him and strip him of the glass without hurting himself or others.

The native of Jamaica was not admitted to enter the country by not accrediting the requirements established in the law, before which he assumed a violent attitude, indicated the INM.



The events went viral after network users shared a video where the incident was clearly seen.



The man was returned to Panama with the assistance of two federal immigration agents
