As protests continued on Tuesday night in Ferguson, Missouri following the shooting death of Michael Brown, a Ferguson police officer was caught pointing an automatic rifle at unarmed protesters and journalists and threatening them: “I will fucking kill you!”

The protesters were all unarmed, which they asserted repeatedly, and were clearly exasperated by the cop’s overreach. The incident took place at 11:55pm CT: ACLU of Missouri says Officer Albers has been removed from duty following the incident:
