On Saturday, May 18, in the morning hours in the future neighborhood of the city of Villavicencio, a hitman attack occurred that ended the life of a well-known merchant, identified as Sergio Fernán Sabogal Castro, 42 years old.

The event occurred precisely at 11 in the morning at the establishment called Llantas Rines Route 23 in the Porvenir neighborhood. This company has been selling tires in the city for several years. Some individuals arrived at this establishment and entered and attacked with a firearm. shooting the owner of the premises three times.

Apparently, the inhabitants of the sector immediately called the paramedics and the authorities, and when the ambulance arrived, they provided first aid and he was transferred to the Meta clinic, unfortunately and despite the efforts of the health personnel to save his life. Sergio Sabogal died in this clinic due to the serious injuries he arrived with.
