A 60-year-old motorcyclist died after being hit by a sports car in Apucarana , in northern Paraná. The driver fled before the arrival of the Military Police (PM).

The case took place on Thursday morning (29), at Professor Talita Bresolin Street, in Jardim São Pedro.

Security camera footage recorded the moment the motorcyclist stops and then accelerates again to access the street. It is at this moment that he is hit by the car. With the impact, the victim was thrown and fell on the road. See the video above.

According to witnesses reported to the PM, the driver of the Mustang car was at high speed. The driver provided help, according to the corporation, awaited the arrival of the Mobile Emergency Service (Samu), but fled before the arrival of the military.

The victim was taken to the hospital, but did not survive his injuries, according to rescuers.
