Young Rafael Bruno Pereira Sobreira, 24, was shot dead inside a shop in the municipality of Epitaciolândia, inland Acre, this Wednesday (18).

According to police information, Rafael is a resident of the neighborhood and was going to a shop to buy cigarettes, when he was surprised by an armed criminal who arrived on a motorcycle and wearing the uniform of the City Hall of Epitaciolândia.

The bandit shot Rafael in the back and, after the victim fell, fired several more shots. The other people who were in the commercial establishment were not injured. After the action, the criminal fled the scene.

One of the hypotheses pointed out as the cause of the crime by the Military Police, would be the sexual orientation of the victim, who would have appeared in a photograph making gestures of a criminal organization. However, the faction does not accept homosexuals and would have had the young man killed.

In an audio sent to ContilNet , a witness confirms the police version. “All this he died, because he posted a picture. You know that the faction cannot be gay. They killed him out of malice,” he says.

The case will be investigated by the Civil Police of Epitaciolândia.
