– A 68-year-old woman was left in critical condition after she was attacked and robbed outside a Queens church on Sunday, according to the NYPD.

It happened around 8:20 a.m. in front of St. Demetrios’ Greek Orthodox Church in Jamaica, police said. A man allegedly punched the woman, causing her to fall down a flight of stairs, according to authorities.

The suspect then took her purse, which had $300, a cellphone, a credit card and car keys inside, police said. The woman was taken to Booth Memorial Hospital, according to authorities
