In a disturbing incident, two brothers, identified as Tanjim and Faizan, were brutally thrashed by a mob after a dispute at Santlal's shop over an exchange in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.

Despite being the victims, both brothers were subsequently arrested under CRPC-151 for allegedly breaching the peace. The shopkeeper's refusal to exchange a product led to a heated confrontation, with the brothers protesting against the shop owner's refusal, escalating into violence as onlookers joined in the assault.
