The police were notified yesterday at 5:00 pm about a bloody incident in the gallery sector, where a citizen was reported seriously injured after being attacked with a firearm. The authorities mobilized to provide assistance and transfer the victim to the nearest hospital. However, despite medical efforts, the man, identified as Cesar Augusto Aguilar, did not survive his serious injuries.

The scene of the crime was immediately cordoned off to allow the collection of evidence by the Judicial Police, who, together with the Attorney General's Office, began the corresponding technical inspection of both the body and the crime scene. The investigation seeks not only to clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident, but also to determine responsibilities and find the perpetrators of the attack.
