Hull, England -- 6.23.23 Police were following a car that failed to stop when two men on mopeds wearing ski masks blocked the chase. When finally approaching the blue Audi to arrest the passenger, a teacup-sized constable faced off against what was later learned a sixteen-year-old boy. The officer lost consciousness at one point, and may have a fractured eye socket. Andre The Growth Spurt Boy has been charged.
