In Sundarpada of Nai ki Mandi, an e-rickshaw driver husband killed his wife Parvati alias Shivani (21) by slitting her throat and cutting the veins of her hands. He was living in the same room with his wife's dead body for 3 days. The house is two-storeyed. The family members of the accused live on the ground floor. The accused's room was on the second floor. The family members did not inform the police about the incident. The incident became known only when the deceased's sister reached home on Monday night. The police have arrested the accused. The family members are absconding.
