Police in Wenshui County, Shanxi Province, China, have arrested a man who attempted to burn down a petrol station on June 15th. Surveillance footage from the day shows the man threatening to set the station alight. When police arrived at the scene, he grew frenetic and was just about to succeed before being overpowered.
