At 3:13am on a narrow winding road. Speed limit is 25. Car was doing 60. Thank goodness the guy was wearing a seat belt. Police had quit the chase but the car hit a tree on a curve, rolled and took out the front yard of the house across from the camera. How convenient. The screams start before he gets out of the car ... and continue as he runs off down the road. Nice cop checks for other hurt people in the car (none) before rounding up the idiot further down the road. Just listen to the screams fade away as he runs. ... Yeah, he got in trouble. .. and he wasn't really hurt.
