A man was miraculously saved after receiving an electric shock while trying to make an illegal connection in the Villa Progreso, La Herradura sector in Santiago de los Caballeros.

The man was electrocuted when he touched the cable where he intended to connect the current and was quickly rescued by people who were on the scene, according to a video.
