Transport police officers detained a resident of Vladikavkaz who attacked a passenger with a knife at the Podlipki-Dachnye railway station.

As it became known, there was a conflict between the two men, which escalated into a fight. The repeat offender, without thinking twice, inflicted a knife wound and other injuries on his opponent, and then fled the scene.

Witnesses called an ambulance for the injured man. The man, born in 1972, was taken to the hospital, where doctors discovered a stab wound to the chest.

The attacker was found. His identity has been established - he is a resident of Vladikavkaz, born in 1995. The man was detained, sent to a pre-trial detention center and a criminal case was opened against him under the article of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm.

Earlier in Belgorod, five teenagers were detained for attacking passers-by.
