Police fail to discover a concealed firearm on a suspect after they arrested him on drug possession charges. Identified as Derek Stokes, the suspect claimed he defecated himself as he reached for his weapon and then fired at Ranger Chelsea McLellan. The officer quickly exited her vehicle and returned fire at Derek, killing him.
