Pulled over because the tint on his rear window was too dark, according to the driver. Not sure what was going on with the original audio, it was totally out of sync by different margins every few seconds. Put the zap in sync anyhow. The video was originally upside down too, but that's a different story, rather like the police officers story is different I imagine.
