(Johor Bahru, 10th October) A fire in four factories at the Southern Industrial and Logistics Cluster (SILC) triggered explosions, resulting in three employees being burned. The police stated that the fire has been successfully extinguished, and the Johor Fire and Rescue Department is still investigating the cause of the fire.

The District Police Chief of Iskandar Puteri, Kumalarashan, released a statement today, revealing that the police received the report of the fire at 12:48 PM.

The three injured foreign workers, aged between 29 and 40, have been sent to the Johor Bahru General Hospital for treatment.
