Last Sunday, Santa Fe Police arrested a couple - a man and a woman - after finding them having sex in the middle of the street, a few meters from Oroño Boulevard, in the center of the city of Rosario.

It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and, while most of the neighbors were resting, someone noticed the racy sequence: a man and a woman were having sex in the middle of the sidewalk on San Juan Street between Oroño and Alvear.





By then there were already several people wandering around the street, but there was no criticism that had any effect. The man and the woman, naked and with clothes around them - but not wearing them - ignored the requests to calm their instincts.

In fact, the faces of the man and woman were so visible that it was easy to identify them and someone - perhaps relatives of the couple - asked that the clip be stopped from being shared because it left them exposed in perpetuity.

The recording shows the moment when Rosario Police officers approached the couple, stopped their activity and picked them up from the street to detain them for their inappropriate behavior.

The man was identified as Mateo C., 24, who lives a few meters from where he was caught red-handed with his girlfriend, Nicol N., 22.

Both were detained for several hours at the 2nd Police Station in Rosario until they were released after being charged in a criminal case for obscene exhibitions.

The case is being investigated by prosecutor Cecilia Brindisi, a member of the special unit for sexual crimes of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Fe.
