New Jack & Vic Grimes had a match previous to this where they both jumped from 20 feet in the air and hit the ground. Grimes landed on New Jack and cracked his skull. New Jack had brain fluid leaking and lost vision in one eye. This is the rematch. You see that tables are stacked in the ring. New Jack was supposed to throw Grimes off the scaffold and he would land on the top table. Grimes missed the target. New Jack later admitted that he threw Grimes as hard as he could and tried to make him hit the ring turnbuckle and kill him.
