On the day that GRAVATAÍ broke a public safety record by going 90 days without crimes against life, the city registered a homicide.

The crime took place late Wednesday night (05), on RUA LEOPOLDO LIMA, BAIRRO VERA CRUZ, as reported by the MILITARY BRIGADA (BM).

The victim, still unidentified, was riding his bicycle down the street when crew members on a motorbike stopped alongside and opened fire.

The duo fled without taking anything from the victim.

The area has been isolated for forensic work.

The case will be investigated by the DELEGACY OF HOMICIDE AND PERSONAL PROTECTION (DHPP), DE GRAVATAÍ.
