A man who died after being arrested by Denver officers had gotten out of an ambulance and run from paramedics a few minutes earlier, the Denver Police Department said

DPD Major Crimes Division Commander Matt Clark said around 11:55 p.m. on Nov. 14, dispatch got a call from a person who was rambling and yelling. Several minutes into the call, he told the call taker he believed he was having a heart attack and hung up, police said. Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the area.
