The 3rd sergeant of the Military Police of Santa Catarina, Davi Appel da Silva, 37 years old, was murdered inside the patrol car on Tuesday morning , in Criciúma, in the interior of the state. The police officer was shot by a suspect who took the agent's gun and fired the shots. The perpetrator of the crime was arrested in flagrante.

The action took place during a stop near Campo do Criciúma, in the city center, and was recorded by security cameras. The images show the police car approaching the suspect , who is walking on the sidewalk. The perpetrator, who is 45 years old, then advances against the car and attacks the police officer.
