Images circulating on the internet show drug traffickers forcibly shaving women’s hair. Police have confirmed that the videos are recent and are investigating the case.

The main suspicion is that they were made in the Serrinha community, in the North Zone of Rio.

In the images, it is possible to see three women sitting and surrounded by a group of men, who shave their hair with machines and blades.

One of the women even had soda bottle caps stuck to her head. In the video, the criminals say that the attack is happening because the women belong to a “gossip group.”

The case is being investigated by the 29th DP (Madureira).

The head of drug trafficking in Serrinha is Wallace de Brito Trindade, known as Lacoste, who has a record for qualified homicide, association with drug trafficking and is wanted by the police
