Why are these new videos surfacing?

My guess is that it took time for these tech-naive tourists to get home, tell their kids, who told their kids, who said they know how to upload them to social media, then spent five days on the phone walking grandma through the process, and when that didn't work, another two days telling her just to email them the damn video and they'll do it themselves.
