BROOKLYN, NY: A 68 year old man made an easy target for a daylight beating and robbery on the streets of east New York. The victim is hospitalized for a broken nose, a broken wrist, and numerous cuts. His cellphone and jewelry were stolen. Robberies are up 46.7% since the NYPD was defunded for a billion dollars, and officers lost their qualified immunity from personal lawsuits.
