According to the videos, the social leader was walking with his son through the Juan Bosco neighborhood of the town of Ciudad Bolívar, when suddenly two men with hoods approached him and one of them pulls a firearm out of his pants and shoots him four times in the back.

So, the man remained lying on the ground; although his son was immediately taken to a care center, he did not manage to survive due to the severity of his injuries. For its part, the community of Ciudad Bolívar remembers all the projects that this social leader promoted.

He was a leader of informal transportation throughout the town of Ciudad Bolívar, promoted public hearings, and sponsored various processes between neighbors.
