A man was murdered this morning in front of his home in the Hipólito Yrigoyen neighborhood of Chilecito and the police found drugs in a subsequent raid on his home.

In the filming of the murder it can be seen that the victim, who was wearing a uniform from the Shell service station, was in front of the house, on Emilio Chávez Street, when two men completely dressed in black appeared, who hit him and stabbed him several times. times . After the victim fell to the ground, they apparently entered the house (the dining room door was open), and finally fled.

The victim, identified by police sources as JDG, 53, died shortly after at the Motta Hospital, where he had been referred in the early hours of this Saturday.

Police sources told EL FEDERAL that the police who were at Gómez's house observed that near the victim there was a closed cell phone box, which inside had 17 wrappers with cocaine, so Judge Marcelo Alberto Carrizo was notified. who ordered the police to enter the apartment for inspection and protection, and notified the prosecutor Diego Torres Pagnussat and the Gendarmerie to intervene.

With the Gendarmerie present at the scene, they did test the packaging found and it was confirmed that it was cocaine, so they decided to deepen the investigation inside the home. They found that everything was in its place, except for the drawer of a dresser in the bedroom, where it was seen that there was a wrapper with more cocaine.

According to sources, in the end the police found 52 grams of cocaine in the cell phone case, two bricks with a little more than a kilo of cocaine each and a plastic bag with another 376 grams. They also found a precision scale and 327 thousand pesos.

Finally, the federal court ordered the seizure of the cocaine, for a total of 2.51 kilos, the money, the scale and a cell phone, while the police investigate the crime, if there is any link to drug trafficking and if it was a settling of accounts, revenge or a robbery, although the sources requested to protect the information.
