A drunk driver caused a fatal accident involving a regular bus in Domodedovo near Moscow. According to initial information, an active police officer and a former officer were inside the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.

The accident occurred at 2:42 PM on November 10, which is Police Day. Surveillance footage shows a black SUV entering the intersection of Ilyushin Street and Academician Tupolev Street, and as it made a turn, it collided with a bus traveling on Route 30.

The impact was so severe that half of the vehicle was heavily damaged, and two people inside were ejected, presumably because they were not wearing seat belts.

The 40-year-old driver of the Toyota died at the scene, according to the Moscow Region Interior Ministry. His passenger was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
