It is alleged that Rinku, who has a momos cart, had a quarrel with Mohammad Shafiq, who lives nearby. After this, Rinku threw Shafiq on the road. He sat on his back and started slitting his throat. Then he fled from there. The condition of the injured Shafiq remains critical.
