Hillsboro Police say they have made an arrest in the kidnapping that was captured on a doorbell camera.

Officials tell KATU News that the suspect was arrested in the early morning hours on April 23. The victim was located and is safe.

Police say the suspect and victim knew each other and this was not a random attack. There is no danger to the public.
