Police officers in Lithuania were chasing a man on a small motorcycle because it had no license plates. 19-year-old motorcycle driver could not control his bike and fell down.People that were passing demanded officers to jack up the car and let the guy out, but police officers refused to do that and instead waited for rescue teams to arrive (seen in 2nd video).It was later announced that motorcycle driver was under the influence of alcohol. No details on the injuries he sustained.UPDATE: police representatives said that the officers did not move the car because they suspected spinal injuries and did not want to move the biker until paramedics and fire department arrives. The 19-year old sustained sternal and hip bone fractures.
