Security camera caught the moment that Diego da Silva Fonseca, 27, shoots and kills Ana Karyna Silva, 21, in a nightclub of Sinop (480 km from Cuiabá). The case was recorded in the early hours of last Sunday (29).

In the images it is possible to see when he shoots a man. The shot, however, hit the neck of Karyna, victim who was just having fun in the place. She died in the arms of her friend.

Before leaving the nightclub, he still points the finger at a woman who was in the lobby. Still at the door, a military policeman runs up and shoots Diego six times. He came to be rescued and sent to the Regional Hospital, but did not resist the injuries and died.

According to police report, Diego would have tried to set up in the nightclub, being prevented by security site. With the refusal, he aimed the gun at the security guard’s face and pulled the trigger.

However, the gun failed and Diego fired again, hitting Ana Karyna.

The Military Police was also on the scene and isolated the crime scene. Technical Expertise and Civil Police were called for due action.
