The incident occurred on October 20 in Vladivostok near Russka street. The driver of the Mitsubishi Delica first collided with a Nissan and a Hyundai, then hit a 28-year-old pedestrian before crashing into an Audi and crashing into concrete blocks. As a result of the traffic accident, the pedestrian died on the spot as a result of his injuries. The culprit of the accident was so drunk that when he tried to leave the scene of the accident, he fell into a puddle and could not get out of it.
