Libertador municipal police officials captured 10 subjects who were dedicated to dispossessing people in the center of Caracas, specifically in the Santa Teresa Parish, on the corner of Teatros Glorieta and Esquina de Reducto on Avenida Lecuna, after SUMAT, near the Treasury bank.
