On the morning of April 15, in Chu town, Luc Ngan district, Bac Giang province, a traffic accident occurred that left a man dead.

The incident occurred on Highway 31. At the time of the accident, driver Pham Van Toan (born 1990), residing in Ho Dau village, Cam Ly commune, Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province, was driving a car with a registration certificate. 98LD - 010.68 goes in the direction of Luc Ngan - Son Dong.

When arriving at the intersection area of Minh Khai residential group, Chu town, there was a collision with motorbike registration number 98N1 - 9812 driven by Mr. D.T.D. (born 1965), residing in Nghia residential group, Chu town, driving in the same direction.

As a result, Mr. D. died on the spot, motorbike was damaged. Currently, Luc Ngan District Police are investigating and clarifying the case.
