According to one of the bloggers, an unknown man in uniform approached them, introduced himself as a general and started talking about the SVO.

“It turned out that he did not fight. A fight ensued. The man left and came back with a gun and wanted to shoot one of the guys, but miraculously managed to prevent it,” he said. The man was detained, his identity and motives of the act are being established.
